Please try to pair the earbuds according to following steps when FIRST START.
1. Open the charging case lid and take out both earbuds, then remove the insulating film and put them back.
2. The earbuds will automatically pair to each other after being taken out from the charging case.
- LED indicator on main earbuds flashes in red and white, the second earbud stays in white.
3. Activate Bluetooth on the device, and choose”SOUNDPEATS Mini Pro” on Bluetooth list to pair.
Only one earbud work?
This may cause by pairing issue. Please try to reset the earbuds according to following steps:
How to reset?
1. Place back both earbuds into the charging case and make sure the earbuds are in charging status.
2. Press and hold the earbuds for 10 second until both LEDs flash white and red twice, reset complete.
- Please note that after putting both earbuds into the charging case, the reset should be finished in 20s. If you don’t start to press and hold the MFBs in 10s, please take out the earbuds and put them back again.
Although connected, earbuds playing no sound?
SoundPEATS Mini Pro will automatically connect the last connected device. Please remove the connection between last pair then connect them to the using one. Or you can long press the MFB for 6s to clear all pairing records to start new connection.
